ATMT is a mobile service provider in the Phoenix Metropolitan area.  Contact ATMT for availability. 

Corporate (On-Site) Services:  Companies that are interested in implementing wellness programs for employees or that already have a program in place and wish to include therapeutic massage services may contact ATMT for a customized plan package.  ATMT features service provided by an experienced, professional therapist who is licensed and insured.  Access to an easy-to-use online appointment scheduling service is available.  A minimum of four hours employee participation is required per service day.  ATMT’s rates are highly competitive with additional discounts for volume participation available.

                                                                          1.  Company pays full cost of program.  

                                                                          2.  Company splits cost with employees.  

                                                                          3.  Employees pay full cost out-of-pocket.  

Individuals:  Individuals new to ATMT will need to complete pre-screening and submit a new client information packet.  A referral from an existing ATMT client, physical therapy service or through a doctors’ written request is preferred in order to be considered for in-home services.  Please call for service area availability and rates.
